- Travel time may vary depending on traffic, weather and road conditions.

No Show:
If a guest cancels at pick-up time or after the car has been dispatched, full charges will apply.
The driver will wait up to 10 minutes at the pick-up point. If the guest does not arrive, the vehicle will leave and the booking will be considered a no-show with full charges.
