- Cancellation before 48 hours – 50 % charges applies

No Show :
- If the passenger cancels the booking at the time of pick up or after the car has been sent out, they will be charged the full amount and marked as a no-show.
- At the time of pick up, except for hotel lobbies, the driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. If the guest does not arrive, the vehicle will leave and the full charge will apply.
