Know Before You Go For Roadies Rostel ARC Resort Day Picnic :

• Guest name list and id proof to be provided at the time of check in.
• Please wear color coded wrist bands provided by the management through out.
• The Guest has to pay Rs. 1000 cash security deposit at the time of arrival per group in case of any damage. If the damage exceeds the security deposit, the guest is liable to pay the remaining balance.
• No outside food & beverages including packaged snacks, cakes, pastries etc are allowed inside resort
• You are responsible for your belongings. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.
• Children Age will count between  06 Years to 12 Years.
• It is advisable to dress up in a casual attire with track pants or shorts along with sports shoes to enjoy the rides and activities comfortably.
• We care of your health; no smoking / no alcohol in camp premises.
• Proof Of Age And Photo Id Required For All Children
• For the swimming pool please bring extra clothes, swimming costumes (we provide on chargeable basis), towel (we provide it on chargeable basis)
• Certain activities are subject to Guest’s Age, Height, Weight, considering medically related restrictions. Please consult & follow the instructions of the coordinator before riding. Kindly cooperate with the operation staff with the same.
• It may be possible, that one or more activities may not be operational for reasons beyond our control. Kindly bear with us and Enjoy the rest of the activities.
• Photoshoot or video shoot with digital cameras not allowed in resort.
• All Meals Will Be As Per Chef’s Choice.
• The packages are non refundable and non transferable. In case you decide not to enter all of the activities that are part of your package, you shall not be entitled to any partial refund.
• Smoking is not permitted in the swimming pool area.
