Day Wise Coorg Ooty Mysore Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Bangalore -Shravanabelgola Coorg ( 275 Kms – 6 Hrs drive )

Greet and meet on arrival and later proceed to Coorg via visiting the world’s largest monolith statue shravanabelgola the statue was carved during the period of Chamundaraya,a minister of the Ganga King Rajamalla between 982 and 983 CE. The statue is 58 feet tall and belongs to Gomateswara the son of the first Jain Tirtankara Vrishaba Deva and later proceed to Coorg – The Scotland of India. In the evening we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings Overnight at Coorg. 

Day 02: Coorg sightseeing

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be having a full day Coorg visit. Madikeri is a hill town framed by the Western Ghats mountain range, it’s known for the Raja’s Seat, a simple monument overlooking forests and rice paddies. Elephant Dubara Camp: The Dubare Elephant Camp is a chance to get to know these giant, enchanting creatures better. With a host of activities built around this, A trained naturalist takes our guests through the complexities of elephant history, ecology and biology. Bylakuppe Buddhist Golden Temple: the Buddhist Golden temple at Bylakuppe is a place worth visiting. Bylakuppe, along with Dharamsala, is the residing place for thousands of Tibetans, who have been living in exile since many decades. This is the centre of Tibetan Buddhism in South India. The Golden Temple also called Namdroling Monastery stands beautifully amidst the scenic landscapes, emanating peacefulness and calmness. The monastery is popularly known as Golden temple owing to the golden paintings crafted on the monastery. Evening back to hotel, overnight stay at Coorg.

Day 03: Coorg – Ooty (225 Kms – 5 HRS Drive ) – Suggested to check out at 0800 AM

After breakfast,check Out and drive to Ooty .Enjoy sightseeing in Ooty visiting the Botanical garden, market place and the Ooty Lake. Rest of the time free for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Ooty – Second day – Ooty Sightseeing

The botanical garden: houses more than 1000 species of different plants and trees which are scattered all over the sprawling park providing a very unique and beautiful view. Ooty Lake: The beautiful lake is spread over an area of 65 acres, The Lake is surrounded by Eucalyptus trees and greenery all around. One can also spot numerous streams coming out through the hills. Ooty Botanical Gardens: The Botanical garden in Ooty is home to many rare species of trees, chief among them being the cork tree, the only one of its kind in India. The paperbark tree, the monkey puzzle tree and an old fossilized tree estimated to be 20 million years old round out the other rare species. **Ooty Rose Gardens: **Rose Garden lies in the heart and soul of Ooty. This botanical garden conducts the best flower show of the century and it has the highest amount of rose production in the country. Different kinds of roses are cultivated here, By Evening back to the hotel and Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Ooty – Mysore (130 KMs – 4 Hrs drive ) Suggested to start 08:00 AM

After Breakfast Checkout from Ooty , You will be transfer to your already booked hotel in Mysore, which is considered the cultural capital of the state of Karnataka.Start of the day by visiting the City Palace, with its intricately carved rosewood doors and ceilings some with inlaid ivory work, marble figurines, collections of caskets, paintings of the members of the royal family and other objects of personal use. Arrive at Mysore check in at hotel evening visit of Vrindavan Garden illuminated during Saturdays and sundays also in Public Holidays Over night at Hote

Day 6 – Mysore to Banglore Departure

  • If Vehicle is unable to move due to heavy rainfall, Landslide etc. then 7seas Fly will not bear the extra charges of small 4×4. Either wait till clearing or Pay for the extra service.
  • Entry fees to monuments are not included in this, and you will need to pay them separately.
  • Meals, and personal expenses are not included in this tour.
  • All vehicle services are time-bound (8:00 AM To 08:00 PM ) and are provided on point-to-point basis only as per the itinerary.
  • Any usage of the transport services between 21.00 PM to 07.00 AM would attract an additional Driver’s Bata (each time) which can be settled directly with the Driver on a daily basis.
  • They are not provided for repeat services or disposal for personal activities, such as market visits, shopping, dinner, etc.
  • Detour/tour rearrangement may become inevitable during natural/manmade disturbances like landslides, road blockages, political disturbance, train/flight delays etc. The cost arising due to such factors will be billed additionally, which is payable directly to the driver.
  • These excursions are subject to road and weather conditions. Once the permits have been issued in case you are unable to reach the points because of a landslide / roadblock / snowfall, there will be no refund applicable.
  • No refund even if we cannot conduct sightseeing due to natural reasons.
  • No refund for any unused services or missed sightseeing. Missed sightseeing will not be covered on any of the following days of the tour.
  • Guests are advised to not leave behind any belonging in the car.
  • Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
