Day Wise Amritsar Dalhousie Dharamshala Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Amritsar Arrival + Local sightseeing

Pick up from Amritsar Airport/Railway station and proceed towards your hotel, after completion of check in formalities first Jallianwala Bagh (Memorial to victims of Colonial massacre) then visit famous Golden temple. Then drive towards India –Pakistan border for beating retreat ceremony at Wagah border. The lowering of the flags ceremony at the Attari-Wagah border is a daily military practice that the security forces of India and Pakistan have jointly followed since 1959. Late evening back to your hotel.

Day 02: Amritsar to Dalhousie

Early morning after breakfast drive towards Dalhousie. Dalhousie is a high-altitude town spread across 5 hills near the Dhauladhar mountain range in the north Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Check in hotel. Dinner and overnight stay there.

Day 03: Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie

After breakfast go for a visit to Khajjiar (Mini Switzerland), 25 km from Dalhousie. Enjoy horse riding and Zorbing ball. Evening free for independent activities or to see the local attractions. Night stay at hotel

Day 04: Dalhousie to Dharamshala

After the early breakfast Checkout and proceed to Dharamshala. Arrive Dharamshala and Check in at hotel. Rest of the free for leisure. Night stay at hotel.

Day 05: Dharamshala sightseeing

Today after breakfast, start tour of Dharamshala including various monasteries and Meleodganj often called Little Lhasa and the residence of the Dalai Lama, which has been here for over three decades. The monastery has larger –than –life images of the Buddha, Padmasambhava and Avalokteshwara. Also visit ST.JOHN’S; the charming dressed stone church in the wilderness and famous Dharamshala cricket stadium, one of the beautiful stadium in world. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06: Dharamshala – Kangra – Chamunda Ji

After breakfast, drive to visit Chamunda Devi temple then Kangra valley, Kangra is famous for Kanga fort, Kangra Art museum and Bajreshwari Mata Temple. Evening back to Dharamshala. Dinner & stay at hotel.

Day 07: Dharamshala to Amritsar drop

Today after breakfast check out from your hotel and drive towards Amritsar. Afternoons reach Amritsar and drop you at Airport or Railway station for you’re onwards journey.

  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
  • Pick up and Drop at extra charges, if It is out from Pick-up/Drop-off location.
  • Vehicle services are time-bound (08:00 AM To 08:00 PM ) and are provided on point-to-point basis only as per the itinerary.
    In hilly areas vehicle AC will be not work.
  • If Vehicle is unable to move due to Snowfall, Landslide, etc. then 7seas Fly will not bear the extra charges of small 4×4. Either wait till clearing or Pay for the extra service.
  • Detour/tour rearrangement may become inevitable during natural/manmade disturbances like landslides, road blockages, political disturbance, train/flight delays etc.
  • The cost arising due to such factors will be billed additionally, which is payable directly to the driver.
  • These excursions are subject to road and weather conditions. Once the permits have been issued in case you are unable to reach the points because of a landslide / roadblock / snowfall, there will be no refund applicable.
  • We will not provided for repeat services or disposal for personal activities, such as market visits, shopping, dinner, etc.
  • Entry fees to monuments are not included in this, and you will need to pay them separately.
  • The Manali sightseeing package might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.
  • During Snowfall Solan valley sightseeing point will be covered if weather, road condition is clear and possibilities of vehicle to reach there, otherwise sightseeing up to Barrier Point will be provided.
  • You can also visit Rohtang Pass – this will be solely on the discretion of the local & NGT governing authorities and at extra cost.
  • You can also visit Atal Tunnel & Sissu Valley, This option will be at extra cost.
  • Meals, and personal expenses are not included in this tour.
  • Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife etc.
  • No refund for any unused services or missed sightseeing. Missed sightseeing will not be covered on any of the following days of the tour.
  • Any usage of the transport services between 21.00 PM to 08.00 AM would attract an additional Driver’s Bata (each time) which can be settled directly with the Driver on a daily basis.
  • Guests are advised to not leave behind any belonging in the car.
